All prices are per person and day, including breakfast/buffet.
Local tax excluded (€ 1,50 per person and day from 15 years)

We do not allow dogs in our hotel!
Arrival & Check-out
The rooms are available from 11:00 am.
We ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Should you arrive before 11:00 am or after 6:00 pm, please inform the hotel.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the period of stay booked in writing will be charged.
A credit card is required at check-in as security. The booking amount must be paid at check-in.
Reservation & Deposit
To finalise the reservation, we ask you to pay the amount stated in the reservation confirmation as a deposit within 6 days to our account.

Rooms are reserved according to the wishes of our guests. However, we reserve the right to allocate an equivalent room in case of urgent need.
Booking & Cancellation
Our booking conditions are based on the Austrian hotel contract regulations.
The final reservation of the rooms is made after the deposit has been paid or if a credit card with the booking amount is provided. The conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply. To avoid further cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
In the event of cancellation of the booked hotel arrangement, the following conditions apply:
• In the event of no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
• Within 7 days before arrival 90% of the booking price will be charged.
• Within 14 days prior to arrival 70% of the booking price will be charged.
• Within 30 days prior to arrival 40% of the booking price will be charged
• Up to 30 days before arrival 25% of the booking price will be charged.
